Phase 01
Discovery & Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll walk your home together, talk through what's working and what isn't, and get a real sense of how you use the space day to day.
- An in-home visit with the person who'll actually be leading your project — not a salesperson
- An honest conversation about goals, must-haves, and budget range
- A first look at feasibility, so we're not promising something we can't deliver
Phase 02
Design & Planning
Before any demolition starts, we put together a complete plan — so you know the scope, the materials, the schedule, and the investment up front, with no surprises once work begins.
- Detailed scope of work and material selections
- A clear project timeline and budget, reviewed together before you sign off
- Any necessary permitting handled on your behalf
Phase 03
Build & Walkthrough
The same team that met you on day one is the team on site through the last day of the build. You'll always know who to call, and you'll always know where things stand.
- Regular updates as the work progresses — no chasing us down for status
- Direct access to your project lead throughout the build
- A final walkthrough to review every detail before we consider the job done
